| Menu Chef Tucker's menu is stongly influenced by his training (Le Cordon Bleu) and work (Patach' and Pavillon Ledoyen) in Paris, France, combined with the mentoring he received locally from the late Master Chef, Dariush Rezai (Dari's Bistro). Visits to Chef Tucker's can be as simple as a coffee and Scuffin (if you haven't tried one, you're missing out) in the morning, or a quiet, candlelit dinner where you enjoy a Prix Fixe dinner with wine pairings.
