Chef Tucker learned the fine art of baking pastries in Paris, France. All the pastries served are made from scratch, on the premises. At the restaurant, you will be able to view and select from a variety of pastries (lists appear below).

Mousse Cakes

Plaisir — Dark chocolate mousse & vanilla bean mousse, layered with alond cake. Topped with a crisp caramel layer & Italian meringue.

Mogador — Gluten-free, chocolate raspberry mousse cake layered with raspberry custard. Topped with raspberry glaze and dark chocolate ganache.

Ambre — Chocolate mousse & hazelnut laced with chopped caramelized walnuts. Layered with chocolate cake imbibed with Grand Marnier. Garnished with hazelnut dipped in caramel.

Paradisiaque — Chocolate hazelnut mousse layered with crispy praline and hazelnut cake. Glazed with dark chocolate and garnished with vanilla bean macarons.


Other Pastries

Flan aux Abricots — Baked custard with a puff pastry shell. Topped with apricot.

Paris-Brest — Ring of pate a choux filled with a hazelnut mousseline, with toasted almonds on top.

La Résistance — German chocolate cake

Mille-fuielle — Layers of caramelized puff pastry & fresh vanilla bean custard.

Opéra — Layers of chocolate ganache, Espresso butter cream & almond cake imbibed with Espresso syrup.
